I have got nothing against syndicate dogs. It's a good thing for the industry.
But I would like to know how half a dozen share holders can make a quid having spent squillions of dollars for their share.
Does anyone know of any syndicate dog with half a dozen share holders having won anything above their purchase price and sundries?

Coops, I was part of a syndicate that outlayed $500 for 2 pups and one of them went on to win approx 75-80k!! Not bad for a $250 pup!!!! But I reckon you need just as much luck in picking the right people to be in a syndicate with as picking the right dog!!!

I have to agree with you on that one Gippy!

But what's the point in syndicating a 'crap' drop anyway???

All you do is lose your reputation and future syndicate opportunities.

Yeah, you could syndicate a crap dog and make a quick buck, but that would probably be the last buck you make in the industry!!

I'm in a couple of syndicates at the moment and all pups are very well bred!
You also have to remember, most people who join a syndicate have some idea of greyhound racing!

If you go in blind, well, your asking for trouble!
