Default Primo uno

I am looking at the GRV Whelping Registrations for October 08. Does anyone have any insight into why PRIMO UNO would have only 1 (one) registration for the whole month. By the way, there is only one "miss" listed for a bitch served by him. To be honest he is not a sire that has caught my imagination in the past but that is undoubtedly my problem through a lack of familiarity with the total greyhound scene and in this case Primo Uno. He really does have some fast greyhounds going around. I am looking at my Greyhound Recorder of 4 December and can see in the case of the metropolitan meetings, he produced 2 at Angle Park on 27/11, one at Albion Park on 27/11, 4 at Sandown on 27/11, one at the Meadows on 29/11 and one at Angle Park on 01/12. Although he did not produce a winner at either of the Wentworth Park meetings or the Albion Park meeting of 01/12, it is still pretty good going. There must be a good explanation.
