IPhone 3G Thoughts
Hey,
Whats everyones thoughts on the iPhone 3G. Work got two today and they seem to be pretty cool although quite large and would be hard to carry around. Anyone else used one?

They are pretty similar to the iPod Touch except with mobile phone features.

I really dont buy into phones, with all the features but Im interested to see what its like, I need a new phone in a while but I will probably go back to another nokia.

I did a fair bit of research on these little babies and although they are a little bit big, they are extremely cheap for the features!! If you are going to get a phone more for the phone quality then i would look at getting something else due to it being more of music, video type unit. I am thinking of getting one, but to be honest i will more than likely just get a Nokia N95 which is a quality phone...and myanimall that would be what i would recommend to you as a next purchase!!

i recommend the N95 i got one and love it. I compared it today with the iphone that a friend purchased and it shits all over it. I cant believe the hype about the iphone it is really quite poor and after we compared our phones even my friend agreed the n95 was better

yeah N95's are a quality phone but they lack the audio player that the iphone has.
Also the iphone will bring out heaps of cool applications and also its better for web browsing.

the N95 has a awesome audio player and u can watch movies etc. on real player. The sound quality is great! The iphone has some major problems like the fact u dont get a charger with it and you have to pay and extra $50 for one like OMG. lol

They just dont have the phone qualities that a top of the range phone does!! The Iphone bought commercially will come with a charger!!
They have good web capabilities etc...but why would you need that?? the n95 has web browsing, but for me i would rather just use my computer and transfer data across!! Its a personal choice really...the iphone is sleek and handy, but also not everyone can use the touchscreen, pen etc!! Guess you just have to weigh up whether you want a quality phone, or a quality media player.
