Thanks Morgan, Coops and Hussler2912. Went out with my parents and had a nice lunch at the local club and a couple of beers. My Birthday wish this year is to train my first winner and get plenty of winners with rest of them in 2009. cheers Dougie

Good luck mate i have no doubt that is a very reasonable goal and i think you will be able to achieve it if not surpass the 1 win.

Happy Bday Dougie, Being new to the forum I don't know much about you, how many do you train? In what part of the country? I still remember my first winner in a G5 at Traralgon over the 298m all my mates there watching, a big thrill! It was my first ever starter aswell.

Thanks Gippy, Been following greyhounds for 20 plus years, owned greyhounds for 10 years and starting training a few years ago without any luck. At the moment im training one and she is going okay but had few injuries which has helded her back. Hopefully she will be racing maybe next month. I Live in Western Sydney and race at Wentworth Pk, Richmond, Bulli, Dapto and a lot of other tracks. I have bred a few litters and she has thrown a plenty of winners which is great. Now im just waiting on her to come on season so i can breed again. cheers Dougie
