I am sorry. Did you spell nonsense, as nonsence? Then tell someone 2 words later to get spell check. To me that is irony at it's best.

I have been a loyal supporter of alan nightingale and his private training track and private trainer idea. I still think it is a very good idea.
Most of racehorses are out of race winning mares which have thrown race winners & or city winners. Since the move from main stream horse trainers in the Newcastle area to the full private operation there has been a noticable lack of winners from the stable. One can say heavy rain and washed out tracks are the cause but all other stables in the area have the same weather conditions to condend with. The part owners in the horses have got to be wanting winners but the wins are not being currently notched up at the track, so how much longer can the operation maintain the current form as it costs just as much to feed a slow horse as it does a winner. Well I am a first time poster and I have read these posts with interest - let me state clearly my beef with Nightingale without the personal attacks:
Nightingale advertised horses for sale May 2010 to be trained by top name trainers like Lees , Perry , Howlett , Deamer and Steve Hodge . These are all metro winning trainers . Within days of signing up Alan had imposed Sasha Sormaz as his private trainer - as part of a better value approach for syndicate members - Sasha Sormaz is charging $55 per day to train - Steve Hodge is $45 Robert Davies at Cessnock is $45 to name just 2 trainers with lower fees - no benefit there !! Alan Nightingale is agisting the horses at $27.50 per day - way above the Hunter Valley average that ranges from $12 to $25 per day - no savings there - 12 months since this thread FIRST stated the only placegetters Nightingale have had have been horses not trained by Sasha Sormaz - virtually none of the 2 year olds have run - in fact it seems the whole operation has slowly ground to a halt - Alan has updated the web site once in 4 months with just 3 lines - for all of those who have defended alan Nightingale you need to reappraise your loyalty - no where in the PDS it it mention Sasha Sormaz nowhere in the Financial statement did it mention Alan would be the beneficiery of most of the revenue by not tendering the agistment and training out in the best interests of those who's money he holds in trust. |

Nightingale
Yes RNSW stopped him syndicating horses in December 2010 ,
It's sad for all of those who have parted with their hard-earned in fees with little to show for it . |
