Hey guys,

I joined the racing forum quite some time ago. I have been interested in Greyhound Racing for about 4 years now. When I first joined the forum it was to gain any knowledge I could about the industry and with the Intention of buying my first pup.

Set back after set back (in life) I have finally had the opportunity to begin focusing on it again. I purchased my first pup the other day and am travelling to grafton to pick it up on 16/07.

I was just hoping to get some basics on what I need to look for when I pick up the pup? Do I need papers etc? proven pedigree? Any other forms etc?

It's a blue bitch out of Vanderlin and Thatza Choker.

Super keen to pick her up. This is purely a hobby for me and i'm very content with just keeping her as a pet if she doesn't perform

Much to learn and I'm not going to pretend like I know a great deal because I don't but you have to start somewhere hey!
