I dont think there are any Pure Inspirations (24.78 Ballarat last night) in it but the Grade 5 Final tomorrow (morning meeting) at Wangaratta is an interesting little race. All bar one of the heats broke 27.0 with the best run by Redline Reaper being 26.69. This compares pretty good with the track record of 26.42. Dont know much about Redline Reaper but seems to have performed well from a variety of boxes including the inside and tomorrow it has box one. Should be hard to beat. It has won 11 from 22 starts so it goes well. Mingo's Victory (12 from 35 starts) could hard to hold out early. It ran 26.83 last week from box 3. Neon Leon Boy also has nice form and won in 26.71 last week only 2/100ths off the best. Good to see some interesting racing in the country even if none of these are champions or anywhere near it. However, 26.69 is only 0.27 off the track record so these are certainly not slow dogs. But I am hoping one in another race runs the best of the day. Go you little beauty.
