Default How Much and What to Feed

I have 2 greyhounds that are just pets, they have never raced. They are brother and sister and are now 18mo. I feed them both a mixture of chicken mince from Leonards, cooked and mixed with dry food, noodles and frozen vegies. They both like it but i am not sure how much to give them. At the moment the boy, the larger of the 2 who is about 30kg, is getting about 900g twice a day and the girl, who is about 23kg is getting about 700g twice a day. Neither one likes dry food and will pick it out of their food, nor do they like the pigs ears or smoked roo tails. I am just not sure if i am overfeeding them as all the articles i read say they dont eat much and to me nearly 2kg a day is alot! Also what all purpose dry food do you suggest as they dont like Supercoat which was suggested to me when they were young.
Thank you.
