Default Chicken or Beef

What is the best meat, beef or chicken? Dog racing all weekend and this weekend are at 3 to 4 times the same day.
Mass or rice? and what the best vegetables?

I never use rice as rice leaches calcium from bones, especially in growing pups/dogs.
wholegrain pastas [spelt] flour based as best, I like chicken as its easily digested, quickly digested, protein rich and the fats are good fats high energy. We also use lamb and beef, but not as much.
The best veges are carrots, spinach, broccoli, pumpkin and parsley, as well as garlic and brewers yeast.
Fish is brilliant especially mackeral and sardines.
we feed tripe but only green tripe sliced into strips and some stomach content as this is pre digested by the herbivore.
We love Hy-pro working dog *plus..as well as a sprinkling of dyna-meat muesli, the molasses in it is brilliant.
