I'm not sure how many of you use mIRC or an IRC Client, but there is a fantastic irc game that is very much like real betting / horse racing.

To get to the server type /s irc.irsee.org in the status window and then /join #irchorseracing once connected.

It passes the time and is quite addictive, fun and friendly!

There are long term users around who will help you out upon joining - look for anyone with a @ or + next to their name!

I'm sure admin would appreciate any real life punting and horse knowledge!

It's a horse racing game... where you have virtual money to bet on races (every 10 or so minutes), and you collect winnings and can buy horses and run stables. It's actually quite indepth and a great fun game!
