Default Dog Wash

Hey has anyone had any experience in owning and running a mobile dog wash?
Im wanting a bit of a break from the normal 9-5 job and thought this might be a fun way to earn an income. This way i can work for myself etc.

If anyone can help im trying to work out what return ill be looking at per week. Full time.

Also what expenses etc

Ill be doing my own research as well just thought id see if anyone has any prior knowledge.

Thanks

it seems to be a business which really is taking off, there is a lot of dog wash people going around in SA, and with Jims being a franchise now that would be an easy way in? As for the cash im not sure as people like to exagerate(sp) but I would believe 800+ shouldnt be a huge task, I have had people tell me as much as 1600 or so from it, however not too sure.

The groomers that come in to the shop seem to be doing a fair trade though, last one said about 60 dogs a week at about 40 + a dog, isnt bad cash.

Are those weekly earnings?

I wont be buying a franchise ill be looking at setting up a private business, then if it looks to be successful then franchise the brand out.

yeah everything i said was based on weekly, however knowing business, people like to bignote themselves so yeah you have to take everything with a grain of salt. I was just hoping to give you an idea of what I hear/ am told.
