Came up with my thoughts for tonights egg for a few forums. See below. Should be a great of racing..


Semi Final #1

Definetly the easiest of the 4 heats, but it is not clear cut Fancy Mandy as everyone is saying. Boss Number one is a case for the rail and Dyna Obelia runs straight, so that makes Fancy Mandy the meat in the middle. If she comes out running, then naturally it will be times and margins... but can she. I am going to say no and go against the flow. I think Allen Shaul and Boston Blackie are boxed well, with Proven Jett to get a sweet sit behind the early leaders. In a race which could have a million results, I am going to stick with Proven Jett as he is the strongest of the brigade behind FM. I think Allen Shaul is a chance a huge odds from his wide draw and Boston Blackie will get a seat ride from the fence. Watch for Fancy Mandy to be rattling home at the business end after getting hammered early..

Semi Final #2

Arsonists run was deceiving last week. Paul Ambrosili's "its sticking on almighty well", was kinda stupid considering Arsonist got right there outside of Dana Beatrice at the first turn with relative ease and could not run down a dog running a pultry 30.14 out in front...I guess if your in belief the first run at the track can improve you 10 lengths then GL to ya because he will have to get down to 29.80 at least to win this heat.

Super hot heat and am going to stick with High Earner. Did not show explosive acceleration last week which allowed Fancy Mandy to lead him to the first turn and well, GL running down a dog going 29.4 odds.

Arsonist should get a sweet sit behind High Earner but if it couldn't run down Beatrice, he has Buckley's chance of running down HE, and he cant lead this field so he is a minor chance of qualifying for final only.

Cosmic Rumble is in the same boat as Fancy Mandy and he is needs to be somewhere close to demonstrate his freakish sectionals, but he is too erratic at box rise.

Flash of Light is racing almighty well but still wont be able to run the time some of these talents types.

Cindeen Shelby is racing in terrific form and if she can somehow get outside of High Earner and worry him early, who knows what this bitch can do.

The definite "overs" in the race is Clark No Ee. Has a big big motor on him and if there is any carnage at the first turn and its set up for swoopers, he and Cosmic Rumble are two dogs you want to be on.

Verdict : Cant go past near-faultless beginners so High Earner for me. I think Arsonist will get a sweet run in transit for the rail so I am going to tentatively throw him in for second but with strong feelings he has no chance to win. Clark No Eee and Cosmic Rumble to swoop home. Flash of Light and Cindeen Shelby to find trouble in the run.

Semi Final #3

A race where I cant seperate the only 4 chances in Galba Jack, Ruff It, Shredded Cheese and Birthday Boy. They all have claims and if i was to be on one, I would be looking for value and that value is Shredded Cheese. He will start the longest out of those 4, so I will be on him E-W.

Semi Final #4

Beatrice blah blah blah. No hope.

In a race where Arthur Ritis the $13 outsider on TAB fixed ods (mindblowing in itself), you can go 100 ways again and be wrong.

Similiar to Heat 3, I am going to try to narrow my selections down to 4 and box them up, as to analyse this race is impossible. I dont like Dana Beatrice or Matching Outcome on both time form. Banger Harvey is a consistent beginner and competitor but he lacks the class of a few of these and Heather's Tiger is a hit n miss dog who was very erratic last week and had every chance to win and couldnt.

So that leaves my selections in Bogie Bomber, Snozz, Arthur Ritis and Lochinvar Marlow.
