Get over yourself Hooter no one was reffering to you. You asked a question and 3 members were nice enough to help you. I dont think anyone here really gives a sh!t what you think of the sport they were only trying to help you. Get your attitud right or find someone else to answer your questions.

I have no idea where you got that quote from but reading back your posts i can understand someone would think that, and the way you arced up didnt help.
Why would you care anyway? You never met us before and prob never will so, so what if someone thinks that?

Hooter, I didn't think Gippy was saying you were dodgey or promoting someone's books. Rereading his post maybe it looks that way though.

I was talking generally about bad people in the sport. I don't think anybody was having a go at you.

Hey Hooters mate, we are not taking the mickey out of you, infact it's the opposite mate. We are agreeing with you and shedding some light on what you have read in regards to what went on or is going on with the sport of racing greyhounds back in the "Old Days." There are many people on this forum that remember those days and raced in those days and they all know what went on. I think that any of those people could write a book on those days and they probably all read the same. So mate, if you are genuine then we will treat you with respect, but if we find you are not, then boy we're gonna have some fun with you.LOL.

No because, apart from in tennis, men's sports are covered by the media a lot more. For example, men's golf is on TV all the time, but how many times have you seen women's golf?
