Stem Cell Treatment

Wondering if anyone can help? Wanting to buy stem cell stuff, Stemvet Science. has anybody tried it?What did they think? I don't want to use a vet (too $$$) & heard a bloke will deliver 7ml (so I can split between dog/horse), can anyone help me find him?
