Share prices:

There is ten shares in this syndicate

Winning Glory Syndications will be keeping 2

5% $357.50
10% $715
20% $1430

*It will cost each 10% shareholder $5 per week until Chloe is served for agistment

*You can pay lump some or $250 now and the rest by 1/5 (if you would like weekly installments let me know). This is for a 10% share, simply halve it or double it for a 5% or 20% share.

The Process:
Chloe is currently being looked after by experienced whelper Sue Marsh at Bluegums where she will remain for her litter. She will be inseminated at Sandown Vet Clinic. All monies paid will cover everything involved in the implant and whelping stage and will keep the pups to the age of 12 weeks.

The only additional expense that could arise is if she requires a caeserin or vet fees for sick pups.

The Deal:
On pup deal
1 pup - we get 1 pup
2 pups - we get 2 pups
3 pups - we get 2 pups
4 pups - we get 3 pups
5 pups - we get 4 pups
6 pups - we get 4 pups
7 pups - we get 5 pups
8 pups - we get 6 pups
9 pups - we get 7 pups
10 pups- we get 8 pups and so on

The risks:

If Chloe fails to get into pup we get our stud fee back but lose the money paid for the artificial insemination and agistment and the whelping fee does not have to be paid. Chloe is due on season within the next 4-8 weeks but don't be surprised if she comes on earlier as she has just been moved to a new environment.

The plan

At 12 weeks we would sell half the litter (depending on size of litter) to cover further expenses to raise our pups. Chloe is a city winner mated to a proven stud dog so we should have no problem selling a few pups.

Any other questions please don't hesitate in sending me a email or pm

Chloe is now on season

So the wait will be short for her to whelp

I have had to change the payments a little bit due to this

Payment is

$100 now $200 in 4 weeks and the rest 2 weeks before her whelping due date

When it gets to 3 pups or more who gets those other pups.

The person that i am getting Chloe off to breed with. This is instead of paying to use the bitch to breed with.

Im new to breeding syndicates.

The $715 gets me a 10% share of all the pups?

Say she has 6 pups, we get 4, Winning Glory Syndications takes 2 so i get 10% share of 2 pups?

rob 03-26-2008 07:17 AM

Hi Mate
If you purchased 10% For example if she had 6 pups you would have a 10% share in 4 pups, and if she has 9 pups like her first litter you would get a 10% share in 7 pups. :)

so then you have 4 pups then whats happen, would you sell 2 and keep 2 or keep 4.

Im just trying to work out in my head how this all works.

if you sold 2 and kept 2 do you think you could get your money back and still have two pups to race later.

your thoughts

rob 03-26-2008 10:47 PM

The plan is to sell half of our pups to fund the upbringing of the pups we keep. Apollo you can ring me if you want or pm me your number and i will ring you to explain things further if you still are not sure.

Rob

Im ok for now, thanks anyway.

rob 03-31-2008 02:53 PM

Looks like there is 2 10% shares left

Chloe is on season, the straw has been purchased and is awaiting her at Sandown vet clinic

This syndicate will be closed as soon as we find out she is in pup and winning glory will keep any shares that are left as we think this mating will leave us with standout pups.

Rob
