Addis Boy

Hey whats everyones opinion on Addis Boy as a sire?

TheChook 10-11-2008 10:45 PM

EVERY Addis Boy pup i see is a MAD (understatement) chaser. Any bitch needing chase, he is the sire i reckon.

Each to their own but every one of them ive seen are just mad on the arm and chase so hard. Best sttitudes.

Morgan 10-12-2008 09:20 PM

Yep he throws some good chasers.

Anyone know some good currently racing dogs from Addis Boy?

TheChook 10-12-2008 11:38 PM

Have a watch tomorrow Nowra, Race 7 #1 Hammurabi

The trainers are top chicks and have this boy in just superb nick.
He has a motor tucked away in there and is a big ball of muscle. He was unlucky last start so its moreso a matter of if he jumps. Fingers crossed he does. Go Shadow!

Morgan 10-13-2008 11:11 AM

Thanks,

I will watch him race, haven't really heard too much about Addis Boy as a sire.

TheChook 10-13-2008 02:07 PM

He will find it tough against Hot Custard in the race but Shadow is an immaculate hard chaser with a motor so will try his hardest.

Morgan 10-13-2008 07:25 PM

About to watch the race now :)

Hope he has a win!

Would have to totally agree with you he is a mad chaser, didnt have much luck in the race although he just kept going after getting a couple of small checks.

TheChook 10-13-2008 11:19 PM

He ran a bit weird in the last 100-200m think he may have a small injury in him, but he tried hard.

Love that boy.

His sister Chaotic Spirit won the first race :D

Addis Boy very under rated as a sire, Id never hesitate using him over a bitch that suited. The chase and strength he throws into his pups are unreal. My trainer in NSW is also the studmaster of him and I get all the goss :D

I agree Bundy he is reasonably cheap at $880 i believe.

TOP 10 SIRE AT CANNINGTON
(from January 1 - June 30 2008)
with the incredible percentage of 95 starters for 21 winners, that's a strike rate of 22.01%.
This compares to Brett Lee for the same period (from January 1 - June 30 2008) 213 starters for 21 winners, at a strike rate of 9.85%.

Addis Boy is the only sire under $1,000 to make the
TOP 10 on any CITY track Australia wide.

makes me proud that he sired my pups
