Hi Stuart!

Both are terrific dogs and like Jazza said - I would buy from you again and again :)

I should get my papers back soon and I'll post the names (won't do it now 'cause I don't want to jinx it).

Jazza and Hachiman, I was wondering whether those November Fury-Misty Miss break-ins you bought a while back have got to the track yet and if so I hope they have had some success. At the face value of their break-in times (very close to 20.0) at Lara they seemed to me, to be very cheap at $500 - very good buys. At the time it made me feel very anxious that one in which I have a keen interest was not quite as good as we thought. That dog's litter brother and sister were subsequent to that initially unable to break 20.4 at Lara but fortunately have "kicked on". I am asking only as a matter of interest and if you do not feel it appropriate to respond, then "no worries".

Since my post of yesterday re the November Fury-Misty Miss youngsters, I noticed in the Traralgon fields for this Friday 23 Jan, a couple of the litter in the maiden final. Both, Piper's Pal and Pay the Piper, won their qualies in 17.37 which compared not too bad to the 17.26 BOD. Good luck to Stuart Divers (a mate of Chook) and who I think is Forum member, "Celticbuoy". I hope Jazza's and Hachiman's are coming along well.

I replied to your question but it must have disappeared. "Bel" debuted last Sat at Shep and ran a nice third. "Mac" is the faster of my two however he is battling with Epilepsy and some side effects of medication. It's now not looking likely that he will ever race which is a massive shame.

Hachiman, I was almost finished typing you a follow up message when my fingers got on to the wrong keys and I lost it, well I think I lost it, so sorry if two messages come through. Here we go again. Heavens, I am sorry to hear about Mac. I have not heard before of a dog with epilepsy but I suppose why not and here is an actual case. I and I am sure the rest of the members hope that he comes good for you and does very well. It would be a remarkable story. It was good to learn that Bel ran a promising 3rd for you, hopefully she will not only pick up a few races for you but will turn out to be a real surprise packet. Good luck that's for sure.
