Well, Wendino Chief did us proud winning at Gawler over the 643 metres on tuesday clocked 38.10 only average. Half way down the back straight seemed to twinge something his action wasn't the same but stuck on after being headed, a win is a win. That was no. 7 he has given us so much fun too date.Not bad for a dog several people said was a skunk and lucky if he would win 2 races. So to anyone contemplating getting into dog racing . DO IT !!!! worth every moment. The whole family can get a kick out of it. He has young kids wanting to pat him after his races and thats great to see. one minute chasing a lure, then placid the next, they are wonderful creatures.
