Cisco Training
Although in recent years, other companies have introduced Certification programs, the Cisco Certification remains a sought after certification for judging the skill level of a potential employee. This is especially true in the networking field. At present, Cisco Systems sponsors 9 different Certifications. They range from CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) to CCSI (Cisco Certified Systems Instructor). The most common and entry level Certification is the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
Cisco Systems was founded in 1984 and was responsible for creating the first commercially successful multi-protocol router. This was exactly the right product at the right time as it enabled previously incompatible computers to communicate with each other. The Cisco router was thus instrumental in the establishment and growth of the internet. The change to the standard Internet Protocol (IP) cut drastically into the need for a multi-protocol router, but by this time the company was well established and able to diversify into other networking system products. Cisco training was established as a benchmark standard for network associates and IT technicians. It is also considered a leader in the introduction of formal certification programs to insure the competence and skill level of networking employees. The certification training was established to prepare candidates to pass the Certification exams. |
OK

Heavens Coops, you are a hard marker, only an "OK". I think this is bordering on "Sensational" or have I taken your "OK" out of context.

Sorry mate. Rather than comment about the cisco kid and all the things that I know nothing about, like rooter, protocols, and multi- protacol rooters,CCIE's,and CCSI's.It was simpler to say OK.

Coops I know what you meant, was just joking but sadly I am not as funny as you. Do you remember the one when there was some discussion about grading and a post came in, was it from someone called Michal or similar name, not sure. Anyway, your one or so word response on that occasion did make me laugh. Something like "Hhhh". I think the person was just pulling our legs as he or she, referred to some reseach text relating to the grading of students or similar, and the academics involved, not of course but along the lines of Yorston and Fortesque (this is a traditional text book for people who study Commercial Law). Keep up the one liners, I am not a very accomplished reader and therefore it makes it a lot easier for me.

Ok mate. The next time I write a post I will type it slowly for ya, cause I now know that you can't read fast.
As for your above post........Huh? coops |
