yeah happy has been scratched as he is under an injury cloud. Kim posted the bad news on the bundy forum.Fingers crossed that its only a minor injury.

Hi all happy was still touchy on his hock. I have been treating it with Bone radiol which has made the skin quite tender so i have to apply some salve for a couple of days and then get it rechecked.

Gotta Be Happy is back!

Yeah I know what you mean. We've had Buena Blaze out since being pushed into the fence at Wenty a couple of weeks back. Nevermind she is back next week as are 2 of our other runners.
Frustrating when they are out but I suppose good thigs come to those who wait as they say.

the dogs are racing at Kempsey so you won't be able to get on them LOL. The horse is Just Rory at Canberra. Should run well first up, he had all sorts of problems last time in work hence his average form last time in. His work has been fantastic this time in!

Guys can tell you a fair bit about Star Of Utopia as she is out of Lady Clavering who my wife and I just had inseminated by Bombastic Shiraz on Friday. Jeff owns (annie) Lady Clavering and sold Star Of Utopia as a pup. Her early form was briliant including a win over One Tree Hill at Maitland and who 4 of her first 5. The owner was offered 25 grand but wouldn't sell her and next start she broke a hock! Hasn;t had the same impact since but a very smart bitch on her night!

Well one of the 3 runners won and one was a certainty beat so not a bad weekend LOL

Which had the win?

Sir Snippalot at Kempsey won at the juicy odds of 1/2 LOL We had a stack on him!

Great run for 2nd he was belted from pillar to post on the final bend - Held his position strong despite this.

Nice jump from the 8, but did notice down back straight he was looking for the rails then thought ahh stuff it I'll just go round.

I knew we werent going to win as the #7 is a winner over 600 at Meadows and Geelong and 700m at Geelong so he was going to be going harder than the 500m dogs at the end, although if Happy wasnt belted around then he would've been a lot closer.

I think we are now in the final Monday night?

Paid juicy place odds of $2.80, NTD helped that ;)

Glad to have Happy racing again :) Didnt get to see the race as it was during the day.
