RIP Twisted Angel
Yesterday I lost the greatest greyhounds I have ever owned. She was one in million as she was a great racedog and great mother to all her progeny. She won our first and ever big race in Sydney at Wentworth Park winning the 2005 Ladies Bracelet Final which gave us a thrill of a lifetime. She also gave us the experience of racing interstate and completed against the best. She will be remembered for her great qualitys of being great mother to her pups and she will always live on with her progeny. It is going to take a long while to get over her and I didn't realise how hard this was going to hit us. You will always be remembered angel and will never be forgotten.

Its so sad
Dougie,
Time heals all pain and then u are left with everlasting memories of the wonderful time Angel gave u. It will take time, but she will never, never be forgotten. For many weeks u will find it hard to walk into the kennels, but it does get easier. God bless and now she will become an Angel Jenny |
Thanks Jenny for your kind thoughts. Still cant believe she is gone. Walked out to the backyard and saw she wasnt there upset me even more. Next weekend I will bring her daughter home to live us as she is nearly identical to her mother. Angel really put us on the map in greyhound racing as well in the breeding barn and she left a great legacy behind which hopefully we will breed on with her daughters. Neil :(

Thanks Lynn for your kind thoughts. Yesterday was a week since she passed and we are missing her alot. Its going to take time for us to get over her death as she was the best dog we have ever owned. As a broodie she has made us so proud and now hope her daughters throw on now.

I like to thank Roger Clark/Greyhound Recorder paper on the tribute on my wonderful racedog Twisted Angel in the talking breeding section on page 55. Dad, Mum and Myself appreciate this as it was a great memorial of what she done during her race career and later on with breeding. Thanks Neil :)
