Blood

What is the best blood for the races in Portugal? of coursing greyhounds or track? (200 to 250m distance in a straight line).

Ricardo mate, you have asked this question on two different channels. But never mind, you are new and like having you here.

Mate, when you ask what blood is best, we don't know what the hell your talking about. Are you talking about what bloodlines or what teasers you give your dog? I'm not sure about the breeding bit, but the teasers we use are anything from a wild pig, wild camel, wild buffalo and now and again a crocodile, it depends on how timid your dog is and what part of Australia you live in.
And the 200 to 250m distance that you race your dogs over there, are excersize runs for our dogs over here every morning. And we have 8 dogs in a race, not 6 like you do over there.

for such short distance what you are looking for is either irish coarsing dogs or out and out sprinter with bags of early pace

look for an irish breeder who has plenty of early pace in his line
