I think weekend hussler is under rated for the race has only had 1 bad race for the season and everyone has decided that he wont win.

Would prove to be value for this race considering for the past 3 or so months he has gone into races at odds of about $2.

Saying this there are some great horses in the race that are capable of beating him on their day.

Yes Morgan but there are many reasons why he can't win. For a start giving that much weight to proven stayers like Littorio... If he wins today it would be an incredible effort. Wouldve liked his chances better in the Cox Plate at wfa but time will tell.

Im thinking of laying some $$$ on Boundless.

I've actually changed my tip mate. Value - GUILLOTINE. Nightmare barrier but if Williams can tuck him in, boy watch out. Last Saturday he was a close up third over 2000m to douro valley and he was crying out for more distance.

Also I'd like to see the 2nd leg of this comp on Cox Plate day, 3rd on Vic Derby day and 4th on Cup day. Possibly even a 5th and 6th on oaks day and stakes day.

Blow Out for most punters I think. I had a place bet, and didn't collect!

I think a lot of punters lost money today.

I had a good day for change, back about 4 winners. Last couple of weeks had shocker with the punt on the horses. Great to be back in the winner's circle.:D:D:D:D

How did you go on the cup?

I backed the second horse Nom Du Jeu. I lost a few dollars on that race having betting on 4 horses in race and had a trifecta. It doesn't matter I still had win on the day which was great for a change. cheers dougie :D:D:D:D

Yea I took the trifecta in the cup... not. I had to play cricket yesterday, but luckily I don't think I wouldve had a bet anyway because there were just so many open races. The Cup was no real Melbourne Cup form guide at all though.

Should start a new comp, try and have one once a fortnight?
