Got a Winner & 2nd Today!
 

Just wanted to let you guys know I had a winner in fast time and a fast 2nd as well, at Bathurst today!

This is me with Stole A Break, it was a very good win as he defeated the odds on favourite in box 1, sat in behind the leader all the way then went neck and neck down the home stretch, and simply pulled away easily!
First run back from a spell too... so he was very fresh!

My favourite bitch, Joaldy, ran a great race to grab 2nd, as the dog who won her race, was just a bit too fast for her to catch ;-)

Both go into next week's big final. I am so rapt that I have two runners in the final! :D


P.S I've just worked out how many starters and placings I've had in NSW for 2009, so far I've had 18 starters for 2 winners, 4 seconds and 3 thirds. Not a bad strike rate lol although I'd like the winning strike rate to go up a notch!
