Roosters half Mitchell Pearce has beaten Manly’s Matt Orford to the City halfback position, all but ending the Sea Eagles captain’s NSW Origin hopes.
Braith Anasta joins his Roosters teammate in the halves, with another promising young playmaker, Brisbane’s Peter Wallace, getting a chance off the bench.
