Who cares how he got caught, as long as he did and was penalised for it!!!
BTW I'm not assuming anything, you asked for comment on the issue and then dissagreed with what everyone else said, I never once accused you of mistreating dogs.
As far as these stories from the past go, who cares nothing can be done now???? This one was handled the right way and I hope it has set a precedence for any future acts of dickheadness anywhere!!
I recommend that if you are unhappy with a way a certain issue was handled by stewards that you can take it further by writing to either the relevant control board or the minister for racing in that state!!!
