license?
hi guys i'm new here, i dont normally post on forums but i'm a financial advisor and my clients often ask about horse racing programs, personally i've never delt with the company in question but one thing i can assure you all is they don't hold an Australian Financial Services License(AFSL) this simply means they do not fall under any governing body which means they can publish any figures they want on sites or in brochures without them being true. they will tell you that they are registered with ASIC but anyone who holds an ABN is registered with ASIC, if anyone reading this holds an ABN can you remember the last time you had a compliance meeting with ASIC? never? There is a BIG difference between being registered with, and governed by ASIC. long story short - they can say and do whatever they want and if and when they get caught ripping people off they are simply shut down, leaving them free to open up somewhere else under a different name doing the same thing. Don't give your money to a company without an AFSL regardless how good it sounds or how good the salesman is.
best of luck on the track
