morgan to behonest with you, if that's all your pre trainer can give you after 8weeks of pre training then you have been taken for a ride mate!! with just single times for each distance you have nothing to compare with to see how much improvment she is making! you haven't said she has had setback or injurys have you? without any major setbacks you should have alot more info then that, with out a full list of all times it's hard to give you any feedback on where you can send her to place her on abilty! her 311m time if it was early on isn't the worst but at her current stage you'd want her to be going 20.20 at very worst.
your in a tough postion you live to far away to go get the dog and if you ask the trainer the hard questions they might crack it and tell you to take her rite now!! your entitled to ask the hard questions, you pay for a service and from the sounds of it not a very good one.
if be really starting to step up a gear in finding her a new home, as I said it's hard fro me to day where without a full list of trial times. as I've said it's a trait the litter have all got that they never improved much after break in.
might be worth getting onto windarra lodge where you had the dog reared and see if shandelle and ray migh give her ago for you! just explain to them you haven't been told much so you don't no if she can run or not! gte transport I'm sure do the trip to Seymour which will cost you $70-$80 and give her another 6 weeks of pre training then look at it again!
from what your saying and what you've given us, looks like you have been taken for a ride!! best advice when you speak with people inregards to pre training and training do some reasearch first, talk shit make out you no more then you do, some people see newbies as an easy target...let's hope that's not the case and you get some more info mate
good luck
