If you extrapolate from what has happened over the last 6 months or more, Surf Lorian is going to be well clear on the Sires' List by mid 2010. However, even if this proves to be the case I find it difficult to get excited about him. From my perspective, there is no stand-out sire, there are several who are "much of a muchness". The stand-out sires are of course few and far between. I continue to be impressed, however, by the achievements of Collision. It seems to me that he has always been the quiet achiever. If I did want another share in a pup, a Collision pup with a good dam line would interest me. I know that Nick has some interest in Collision stock, what do other members think, what are your experiences or at least observations. Naturally there are going to be a lot of bad Collisions going around or probably more pertinent, not going around, in fact, not around at all, however, that goes for any sire. The would have been plenty of bad Temlee's for example.
