Okay bit of correction here ;-)

The dog would have been earbranded already before the age of 12 weeks anyway, to be able to get registered in the first place, so that's not a problem for you ;-)

1.) Dog needs to be vaccinated with a Booster shot (that's what we trainers call it when we take them to the vet lol) after the age of 12 months (no earlier) AND be marked by a Marking Official (who usually only will do it by appointment only and at certain places, so usually the trainer has to ring GRNSW to find out where is the closest place the marking official will go to)

2. Send naming paper away to GRNSW

3. When you get the naming paper back, arrange to see a steward at a racetrack for a weight card to be issued.

4. YOU'RE READY TO NOMINATE!

Hope this makes things a bit clearer ;-)
