I have recently aquired a 22 month old dog that has been broken in but not yet named.

I have the registration papers wich state he is a
bond x fortified belle
I am wanting to race him so i no i need vaciens up to date, only thing is the previous owner did not pass on any vacine papers. He stated all vaciens upto the break in has been completed but i will need the last one b4 he can race.

My question is...... Is this all i need to start racing him ( one last needle i think the c3 is the name)

any info would be helpful
