I have just purchased my first investment property, all i need is 1200 people to donate $1 per month to make up the short fall of money the bank needs in monthly repayments. For your generosity i will keep you updated every 3 months with the rise in capital value of my property purchase and once i sell the property in 5 years time i will let you all know how much profit i made on it.
