The dog is only young, its bones are still forming so it is probably due to constantly trialling that has caused some kind of wrist injury. A short spell and treatment should see him come good, unless of course you mean he has shattered/broken his wrist so badly he is useless for racing.

spot on, susan take the dog to a good vet and have it checked properly, i had a bitch who had cronic wrist problems and we were treating the wrist on the muscle mans advice...a good vet went over her and the problem was cause by another injurie that was causing the dog to put extra pressure on the wrist and methacarpal... now presto that has been fixed and no more wrist sorness..

if its broken or shatterd place it in the gap program, cause if you think someone will use it at stud with the cost's involved you are bonkers, it wont happen
