It's a matter of just hanging in there and don't let it change your thinking. I starting betting for the Autumn on Jan 31, was having a bad trot and had one bet at MV on Feb 14. I went against my top choice due to a short price and backed my next pick at $13, which got beaten by my top pick in a photo.

Was I peeved? Hell no! I may have missed a $2.30 winner which I was prepared to accept $2.60 for, but I stuck to my guns and just missed a good payout. I realised then through that loser that I was on the right track and have broken through into the black.
