Gippy, I know what you are getting at, no offence taken I have been training dogs for over 20 years, my family have been involved in this industry over 30 years, so it's not like I am a complete novice when it comes to training dogs.

I have simply done a favour for a friend, who texted me a short message asking me if I knew anyone that was looking for a dog to train, and if people wanted more information, all they had to do was RING her.

As for the Surf Lorian dog, I know how fickle fate can be, as I have had a few real promising types that didn't go on with it. So Im just keeping fingers crossed that he keeps improving because the way he has been running (I don't just look at trial times, I look at the overall behaviour and running style of the dog in a full field to gauge its ability) I would be extremely surprised if he doesn't win in town.
I was offered the SL dog to train as a first option, as the owner was quite happy with the way I pre trained the dog for him at 12mths old before breaking in, and then again after breaking in.
Fingers crossed!
