Gippy, of course there must be an answer of some sort to all of this. To be honest I do not have sufficient direct involvement in the industry to have acquires the knowledge, nor do I have the motivation/enthusiasm to vigorously pursue the matter as much as I would like to. The media/administrator person I spoke to suggested that each state has its own rules and decides how it treats dogs from other states. This is what I think he meant anyway. However, the 'syndicator' guys and others on the Forum must have practical experience of dealing with these matters and therefore should be able to advise you even if it is, for want of a better word, only anecdotal advice. The media/admin guy has sent me the new NSW grading guidelines but I have not yet opened the email (been away for a few days).
