If the person who looks after your broodbitch doesn't have time or money to lay out bird netting along the fenceline (loosely clumped on ground) you can always ask if they can clip on aviary type wire (the one with tiny square holes, instead of the usual chicken wire) along the fenceline right down into the ground, make sure to fill in all holes along the fenceline in the dog's yard, as well. Keep grass down very short if possible.
